Refund policy
Our promise: perfect, or made perfect. Every de Cyrano piece is personalized — written and typeset for you alone — so we stand behind it differently than an ordinary shop.
Before printing Nothing prints until you approve your proof. Request changes freely; one full revision is always included with The Quill writing service.
After delivery — 30 days
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item: email us a photo and we reprint and reship free, immediately.
- A typo or error on our side: we reprint free — no questions.
- The words don't feel right: we rewrite them and send a new proof; if the fault is ours and the piece is already printed, we reprint.
- Still not happy: if we can't make it right, we refund you. A letter is not something to get almost right.
Because every piece is made for you, correctly-produced personalized items can't be returned for resale — the remedies above apply instead. Digital Editions are eligible for rewrite or refund.
To start any claim, email decyrano1897@gmail.com with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
